TASK: Drive donations and volunteers to Loaves & Fishes food pantry.
RESULT: Tawan tells her story of needing a hand up when she was in a short term crisis. The groceries and kindness lifted her up and inspired her to do more.

Nourish Up Brand Reveal
TASK: Reveal the new brand identity for Nourish Up and highlight their re-defined role in the Charlotte community.
RESULT: We thought it would be difficult to get clients of a food pantry to open up about their personal struggles on camera. But because staff and volunteers treat everyone with dignity and respect, they were more than happy to express their gratitude. What nobody on camera knew was that they were also teeing up the new name of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITY: Creative direction, producing and post-production.
History of Nourish Up
TASK: Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of two remarkable organizations addressing food insecurity in the Charlotte region.
RESULT: Touching remembrances from long-time staff and volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Directing, editing, mixing.
Kindermourn - Forget Me Not
KinderMourn of Charlotte offers grief counseling and support for parents who have lost a child, children who have lost a parent or sibling and even bereaved spouses.
Jeff Drake is responsible for editing, graphics, color grading, compositing to remove unwanted background and audio mixing. Special thanks to Kim Brattain for introducing me to this kind and caring organization.
